"The funds received from United Way will be invaluable in helping provide health care screenings/services to Medicare beneficiaries in Tracy. We will host our event at the Tracy Community Center in partnership with the Lolly Hansen Senior Center. During this event we will offer a number of health screenings/services including: Medicare Part D plan optimization, comprehensive medication review, flu vaccinations, blood pressure testing, cholesterol testing, diabetes screening, anemia testing, bone density testing, asthma testing, anxiety screening, depression screening, falls risk assessment, memory decline screening, sleep disorders screening, and more. With the support of the funds received from United Way, all of these screenings/services will be available to the community FREE of charge!"
