Our United Way remains committed to raising additional funds for our very capable non-profits to use as they provide life changing services throughout San Joaquin County, to our community's most needy.

Each year we strive to raise more money than the prior year, because we know that every year the number of people in need increases.

Given we are living in one of the worst economic periods of our nation's history, it is even more difficult for businesses and individuals to feel compelled to share their hard earned income.  Our United Way is very respectful of this fact of life and we conduct our business accordingly.

Our United Way of San Joaquin County staff is made up of four full-time and two part-time employees that are extremely productive and dedicated to a job well done.  We are so very grateful to have the support of our hard working Board of Directors and a Chairman of the Board, who strive to help our United Way IMPROVE LIVES and IMPROVE OUR COMMUNITY.
